Visited here earlier this year and I was appalled by the service. However upon visiting again this week I was thrilled to receive quite the opposite. I was helped by an absolutely lovely lady - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me in choosing an item and gift wrapped it beautifully.

The service here was phenomenal. I went in to buy my mum a bracelet and a couple of charms for her mothers day present. The girl there was very helpful suggesting sizes and a few charms to start her off. Very impressed with service and presentation of gift.

Lovely store with beautiful jewellery. Store has items priced for all budgets. Can have to wait for help though as not many staff on - but very helpful when you get someone.
