One of the staff members wasn’t so friendly. But the other staff members were super helpful and were able to help sort out a problem that I had with some jewellery

This is a tiny outlet tucked away in level 1 of Westfield Riccarton Mall. Had a claustrophobic feeling as I entered. It was crowded and the staff were serving other customers. As I looked around the shop, a lady passed me a catalogue to browse through the products. The catalogue was really helpful in narrowing down my choice of gift. She later came back to serve me. I bought a kiwi fern charm.

I have a good experience in this shop, the staffs was very friendly and nice. They answered and explained well when I asked questions. They served really well and helped me to find the right thing for myself! I would like to say thank you to the team.

This store has its ups and downs for me. Which is a shame because it is a beautiful store and obviously if you're here you have spent or will spent a lot of money. You can have a staff member spend ten minutes just genuinely chatting with you (even after you tell them you're not there to buy). Or stand there for ten minutes glaring while four staff members do anything to not make eye contact with you. Heaven forbid you have an issue, because it will likely be something you have done or not done to the jewellery that has caused it. I buy most of my jewellery for myself or as gifts online now because I dont like going into the store. 3 stars because it's not the jewelries fault.
