Orana Wildlife Park

This park is so amazing. There is so much do see and do. There are over 400 animals in total. I loved the shuttle service and how they explained everything to you clearly and it's included in the price! You also get to experience feeding giraffes and other animals. They have such a nice cafe. Definitely going back and would recommend!

Orana park is one of a kind! Very proud to see it choosing to remain in our city after the earthquakes!. If you or your child are looking for a special fun day out then this is the place to go!! A tad on the expensive side although they offer family discounts. Love Orana park!

Good time spent there with family and friends

Awesome wildlife park. Worth watching the lions being fed if you can, very entertaining! Feeding the giraffes is another favourite for the kids, can be a bit of a queue but worth it. The cafe also sells yummy food and the gift shop have lots of really cute soft toy animals! They use water a lot as a natural barrier so the animals seem a lot more free than traditional zoos

The annual pass is good value, the cost of 2 visits and it paid for, just a little annoying tho that it goes from june till june rather than a year from whatever month you buy it. Great range of food in the cafe and quite well priced to
