Orana Wildlife Park

A must visit if in Christchurch. Lovely to see the animals in big wide open spaces, and well looked after, we purchased the lion tour as a gift for a family member and it was thoroughly enjoyed. Enjoyed the cafe and used the BBQ area to cook our own lunch which saved further costs.

Have had an annual past for here and it was great. Would spend the whole day here with the family and slowly make our way around to the animals and their feeding times. Cafe was a little disappointing so we started taking a picnic or have a bbq and just get an ice cream on the way out. Highly recommend if wanted an annual past for family days out in Christchurch

We enjoy this park but only when we get a voucher or a family pass. My preschoolers find it too big to walk around but very happy jumping in and out of the buggy. Nice staff and cute animals.

We had a lovely day here the other day. There were quite a few empty enclosures but a good range of animals still and we absolutely found the gorillas fascinating!!! Great place to come and enjoy. Great little park for children also
