Booked the car in good time get to work on time, first impressions not flash, being a female and only knowing what the AA told me repeated it, went down not well to the person dealing with me, very short with me, and went away uneasy, was told directly that my car was old and probably would not be able to get a replacement part Got a phone call from the garage and a lovely man said got the part, and when do you want to pick it up, i stated the time and he said he would do the job straight away. I got a ride to pick it up and off i went. i do not know i would use this garage again, i was quite upset on the first impressions,
