      My daughter got her Mitchibitshi Outlander wagon back from NPL with a boot full of her front bumper parts and bits these guys didn't even bother to put back on. She now has a rattle under the bonnet that wasn't there before.

      The wagon was towed to NPL for problem with starter motor - after this was checked it was found to be a key problem. My daughter got the wagon towed somewhere else to get a key cut as NPL charge was too high.

      I would not recommend NPL.
