Staff are fairly useless. Often get stuck asking some 16 year old for help who makes it pretty clear he doesnt want to be there. Rude service from a lady in the bathroom department too.

All in all a massive place to shop for all your DIY needs and decent pricing, particularly if you do your research and can make use of the price beat guarantee.

Love Columbus for the consistency and warm environment. Enjoyable eggs on toast

Was not overly impressed by the staff in this store. They were closing early and then forgot to bring out one of the items. Two staff members were having a disagreement over something. Was unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. There was lots seating available. There was a cabinet full of food but they were putting it away early which didnt leave much options to choose from.

Can't go wrong with Mitre 10, huge range of products at a good price and the staff are helpful and friendly.
