I find their staff to be helpful. Products are well laid out with price tag on them and easy to find. at times I bought extra things because they are sale items. I also like their price match guarantee which I often do and they honor it without question.

Love going for a wander through mitre10 always packed full of goodies and easy to get a park

Was not overly impressed by the staff in this store. They were closing early and then forgot to bring out one of the items. Two staff members were having a disagreement over something. Was unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. There was lots seating available. There was a cabinet full of food but they were putting it away early which didnt leave much options to choose from.

Not impressed as someone closed the store 30 mins early tonight, wont look at me while locking up. No communication. Wont go to this store again.
