Mister Snipps Cuts & Colours

Rushed, took a chunk out, went back to fix still not good. Now one side is higher with a smaller chunk. Don't think she knew how to use clippers or how to do a basic under cut. Didn't feel she tried or took me seriously. Was dismissive when I built up the courage to say something. I was very upset when leaving and she didn't care. No refund. Will never go back.

Great hair salon, always friendly staff, very professional and experienced staff that listen to what customers want, Nice warm salon, and they offer tea and coffee. Seems ideal for children, nice magazines to read while waiting, can be busy but normally can fit you in

My partner and son get their hair cut here. Friendly helpful staff who helped my son of 6yrs feel more comfortable.
