In a bid to "buy local" I have now used this dry cleaners about 5 times. On 4 of these occasions I have been served by THE MOST sour, unfriendly woman. She speaks like a snapping alligator and has a mean-ness about her. So I decided yesterday that I will now drive a little further down the road to Taylor's Master Valet where the service is friendly. Life is too short for nasty customer service - even worse when you have to hand over $$ at the end of the transaction! Goodbye Maxwell's Drycleaning Fendalton.
