      Sometimes they delivered my furniture to the wrong address. They were also slow and sometimes damaged my furniture.

      Still waiting for an urgent item. Was told would be delivered between 10 and 2 two days ago. Didn't turn up so I called them. Was told it would be better to pick it up. When I got there was told they couldn't find it and would locate it the next day and deliver it. When it didn't show I called again. Was told that they don't know where it is. Useless. Young girl on reception was lovely.
