Sump plug leaked all over my white drive after having an oil change. Phoned up and they said they would look over the vehicle and give me something to clean my drive with which I was happy enough with. I took a photo of oil dripping from both the cross member after oil was left on it and from the sump plug before I went. After I arrived the guy was real nice who greeted me who said they would check it all over. I watch the guy with glasses from where I was sitting put another quarter turn under the vehicle on the plug under the vehicle and it was obviously all cleaned up under there. The guy with glasses, then come out a lied to my face and said there was no oil on the plug and showed me a photo of this and told me it was coming from somewhere else. I was never offered anything to clean my drive which I was told I was getting. I understand mistakes happen but talked to me like I was lying. I have parked in the same spot for 3 years with no oil on it, until the day after the oil change I felt like I was made out to be a liar. After going back and getting it cleaned and tightened no more leak, funny that.

Good service and very fast. They give you a detailed report on what they check and highlight any issues and if needs changing they can do it for you. Usually in and out within 15 minutes.
