Hoon Hay Automotive Repairs (2009) Ltd

Said I needed my car to be done by specific time and was told that was not a problem and confirmed it multiple times making the appointment. The certain time I had specified rolled around I still had not received a phone call from them saying my car was ready so I had to take time out of my day to call them to ask what is going on. I was greeted by a rude girl named Olivia who proceeded to blame me for their stuff up with the timing as apparently I never told them I needed it by a certain time. However, the lady I spoke with the previous week while booking my car in told me she would make a note of it and that I didn’t need to worry. I also confirmed this time when I dropped my car off as soon as the place opened. Olivia was incredibly disrespectful and obviously doesn’t care about the customers that come in as, after she was finished passing the blame on to me for their mistakes, she then hung up on me. I am shocked at the fact that this place thinks that those actions are acceptable when dealing with customers. As a direct result of this, I will never be taking my business to this place ever again and I will be warning other people to stay away too. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, no regards to customers’ wishes - don’t waste your time or money.

Have been coming here for all my WOFs and Servicing since 2010. Very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomended.
