Welcome to The Garden Restaurant - we are a buffet restaurant that provides delicious Asian and local favourite meals in the heart of Christchurch City. Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, we are part of the Garden Hotel Complex and can also provide breakfast for those staying in the hotel. Our menu soups, fried food, international cuisine, seafood and carvery - but what we are really known for are our mouth-watering desserts! Be sure to try our hot date sticky pudding with custard sauce or the famous New Zealand pavlova. Good family dinning. Handy location and great parking. The cater well to larger groups. My friend held there birthday here last month and all went well. Price is great for the fact its all you can eat. Children are made very welcome and the 3 that were part of our group dinning loved it. Would be nice if they changed the selection of food from time to time.

Great place for dining with family, lots of food choices for everyone! Quick to replenish food during busy times and the last few times going have accommodated big groups really easily.

Stayed here a couple of nights when I went to CHCH for an exam. Excellent amenities and a superb location. Great service too.
