I have been this store a few times and every time the customer service reps are too busy stuffing around or talking to each other and never approach me nor offer assistance. One time I attempted to ask for help and the guy looked at me and then just walked away

This shop is really good. Has some great street shoes at really good prices. A wide range of styles and colours meaning its easy to find something you are looking for

Had a pair of black leather school shoes that failed before warranty ended and took them back in and staff were very helpful and understanding and gave us a replacement pair!

Good range of some of the latest shoes, good location in the mall. Staff are usually pretty friendly.
