Nothing about shopping at any of there outlets, my issue is gift cards, and after contacting them regarding credit balances on my New World gift cards, got a very short and not interested reply from the manager. Said my query was unclear, well clearly if it had been read he would have known what i was talking about, So after another uninterested email said it was to to with epay, they said it was foodstuffs, and so again a question, after being set aside again and no interest in my issue, i gave up, and as for the Manager, he made light of it all and nothing was responded too. Very poor performance from a manager and no reply by the foodstuff email when i cc them into it either. Over all very poor from a large company Will not be using my buying power from them will go straight to the supermarket, you get better service

Foodstuffs stores are found throughout nz, paknsave, new world and four square are all reputable grocery stores we have shopped at for years.

This company supply alot of stores. Its easy to order online. The stock arrives wjen its meant to. Always friendly.

Foodstuffs are great, they have different things to progressive (Countdown) and make it easier for food brands to get into supermarkets. I love the range they bring and how they have a international section as well. Bit of a shame some pak n saves are losing their counter deli's however because as a household of 2 we dont require bulk singular deli items
