Would not recommend the service that this business provides to anyone. Very unprofessional, does not have your best interests in mind. Stay away at all costs. Plenty of other good roof tradesmen in Christchurch.

STAY AWAY! This guy is an absolute nightmare to work with. Terrible experience, will charge you for things you don't need and quote you for work you didn't ask for which inflates the quote. Likely trying to pump up the price hoping insurance will cover it and he would be better off.
Ontop of this, hes very unprofessional and does not set the right expectations. 0/10, do not deal with him.

Really bad experience dealing with this business. Paid a small fortune and more than likely overpaid for a report + fixtures. Repairs were shoddy and had to have it redone a few months later.
Saved myself the trouble with dealing with them again and got a different contractor to do the re-repairs. Don't waste your time here, I got my repairs done and to better standard for the cost of the report that i had to pay for with fair deals inspections. Charges almost 1K for a report that could have been derived from standing on the footpath for 5 minutes. Also didn't provide a quote for the report, just sent me an invoice :(
