Excellent service! Daniel was prompt to come and do a site visit, fast to get a quote to us and has excellent communication with any questions we had. Install was seamless and tradesmen were friendly, efficient and tidy. We are extremely happy with our Mitsubishi ducted heat pump. The house feels so much warmer throughout. I would highly recommend these guys and highly recommend a ducted system. A+ for everything. Thanks

Poor and mislead services! Not recommended. 5:38AM asked you to pay the bill during Covid-19 lockdown even already fully paid the bill. Remove the old system, only removed units and kept everything in walls with holes. Also asked to check another house, they got the password than no reply at all. So it is hard to find them if you have any problems.

We recently had a cassette heat pump installed by DC installations, just before Winter 2018. Despite the busy time of year, they had us booked in within a fortnight of our initial enquiry. The installers were fast and professional and the owner gave fantastic after sales support too. Really pleased with DC - would recommend to others.
