      The owner was just the most lovely person I'd ever hoped to deal with. He was informed, helpful and guided us towards the mower that best suited our needs, not the most expensive. AND he gave us an excellent trade-in price for our old machine. I was dreading having to pay Bunnings $100 more than I paid here, and I had a million times better customer service AND a free servicing after 10 hours' use. I can't recommend enough.
