Staff have been quite friendly and helpful in my experience, but the prices are, in my opinion, quite unreasonable. Other supermarkets are preferable when it comes to shopping for cheap.

Countdown New Brighton use to be my regular supermarket, but I got very frustrated that they didn't have items that other Countdowns had. They could do with some self checkouts as it gets fair busy regularly or more staff at busy hours.

Small cramped supermarket, queues at checkout can be quite long - seems they don’t have enough staff on at peak times. Good car park
