Overall its not a bad store but it does lack in staff at the counters, the store is fairly well spread out for a smaller Countdown. You can find the basics you need. I have gone in before looking for particular branded products and they lack them while other Countdowns have it in stock.

Prices seem a little expensive, but the customer service was great and the produce was fresh.

The shelves are well stocked and it is easy to find your way around the store. However it's quite an older building, and is much smaller than some of the other Countdowns, so the over all feel of the store isn't as nice as some of the others around town. But the service is friendly.

Very small supermarket which means choices are very limited and you cannot get everything that a bigger countdown would stock. Prices seemed a bit steep, especially compared with other supermarkets. Staff were not very friendly and did not seem like they wanted to be at work. Convient location though which is great.
