These guy's are so professional and were a huge help when I lost my car keys at Merivale Mall. Reasonable prices for quality keys.

The guys at Chch Lock & Key were fast, friendly and helpful. My suitcase had a faulty TSA lock and this was sorted quickly and professionally . I'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend to family and friends. Sue . Aug 2017

Amazing service, very different key for a forklift, urgently needed, not knowing too much about the key and spoke to Mike on the phone, said bring it down and we should be able to do something for you. Took a wee while to find something that he said he could use , but got one down, i was in such a hurry to get there, and got lost, he made a key for me, i said all good i can come back tomorrow. No i will cut one now and you take it and if it works come back and we will do some more for you. I said sorry i i will leave it as i forgot to bring some money with me. He said you take it and i know where you work, we will sort it out tomorrow. What brilliant service, a lovely man, and you know why he is still in business, he has great customer service skills, and is a master at his work. thank you very much
