      The airport cleanliness is well maintained. But there is no waiting area for passengers who arrive early and wanted to relax while the counter is not yet open. There is only like coffee shop where I be able to sit but that doesn't gave me the comfortability I need. My last trip was early in the morning and I decided to go to the airport so I be able to relax before the flight. The counter is not yet open. But when they start to open it it was late by 15 minutes. And still we have to wait for another an hour for the gate to open after we checked in. But over all the airport is well cleaned and spacious. And there are shops around when you are traveling in a later time.

      Is usually easy to get a park here and it is handy that the first 15 mins is free when you are picking someone up. I do think that all the shops in the domestic terminal eg bars cafe etc should be open till the last flight leaves in the evening tho

      The airport is getting more and more attractive than before. Plenty of indoor and outdoor car parks. It will be nice to see more shops and food shops while you are waiting for your flight to kill some time.

      Airport I used and use a lot whilst travelling domestically. South Island trips are taken by plane to Chch Airport and then bus or shuttles to next area. No issues whatsoever at this airport and in fact significant changes have happened here. Car parking or parking, easily manoeuvrable and good options to eat inside and outside too.
