The reports and inspection fully comply with the NZ Standard on property inspections. Our reports are comprehensive and easy to read. We can do this anytime with a few days¿ notice and you would have the report at the latest 48hrs later - however in most cases the reports go out around 24hrs after the inspection. Some the same day!!! If you give me the real estate agent¿s name, I¿ll tee it all up for you and confirm all the details back to you in a letter ¿ via email, so its fully transparent.
