Reasonable repair prices but took a bit longer than expected. Workman was very good and understand that the parts aren't always there so need to ordered which takes time.

I found them pretty efficient. A bit slow but due to them being understaffed. They did there best and my dishwasher was repaired. Friendly workman.

OK company. My one-month old oven had an issue, they didn't come and look at it, but ordered a new part that took 2.5 weeks to arrive. Sent a polite workman who arrived on time and had sheets to protect the floor. However, he damaged the soft-close hinges on my oven door so I complained. I was called by someone who assured me that he personally would replace the hinges.
3 weeks later I got a text advising that new hinges were taking too long and instead they would replace my oven. Technician (who wasn't the man who had promised me he would deal with it personally) was 45 mins later than stated, left a dent in my front door and a mark on the wall with the oven, and three times assured me the replacement oven would be the same. When I was able to view it, it was a standard model and ours had been a premium. They didn't even look at our hinges to see if it was a simple fix, and then gave us an oven that we consider inferior - without consulting us.
- In follow up, it seems the delays are mostly Whirlpool's fault so I have updated the review. We still were unhappy with some elements of the service from Appliance Works - mostly lack of adequate information and breakages/damage by servicemen -
