Great doc Marggie such a caring beautiful doc

Fantastic service, I am always treated with respect and in a professional and friendly manner.

I like to think i'm a polite, we spoken young lady however I seem to find the reception staff (on all 5 occasions i've dealt with them over the last year) to be rather short in manner and just generally come off as rude. It's not that hard to smile occasionally and give a bit of eye contact. Its not that hard to manage a smile every so often and make eye contact. It's not the best skills to continue chatting and gossiping to your colleague while taking my money or booking me in for an appointment and basiclly ignoring the customer! really un professional.

The lady doctor is fantastic, very thorough, asks plenty of questions and obviously isn't bored with being a GP.
The older male doctor on the other hand is quite the opposite. He came across as having no personality, no interest and frankly a little senile.

I don't often post feedback, but have been continually dissapointed, i'm partly hoping the manager/owner of the clinic may see and have a word to their staff.
