These guys are "AWESOME". We had to use the vets on Friday 8th January at 11pm through to the wee hours of the following morning and the service and care provided was exemplar. Our Gordon Setter was in labour and very distressed, she need an emergency caesarean section and the after hours vets care in getting both the dog and us through this was superb. The result being and single large puppy which was not to healthy on arrival. But the vets strove to keep her going. The prognosis was not good but heat pads, oxygen and great care was provided and even though we left with a big question mark over whether the puppy would survive I strongly believe all that could be done had been done. The Vets were honest and factual and gave us the facts. The puppy has survived and at three days old and is putting on good weight and is very lively. We have a healthy mother and puppy due to their fantastic care. This is the place to go if your pets needs care day or night in our opinion.

Way too expensive, I understand that care comes at a price but wooooah!

An absolute disgrace. My dog was in severe pain, a bleeding foot, crying and with his heart racing in response to pain and the woman at the front counter just scoffed at me and refused to even put him through to see a vet, telling me he wasn't serious enough and should see his own vet the next day - even though there was no one else waiting. Money is not an issue to take care of my pets - clearly though, compassion and care are not part of your practice.

What an absolute disgrace!!! the women at reception should be fired no empathy no care no anything! Extremely rude when we took in our suffocating lamb, no vet even came out to see us we were just asked to “leave with our large animal” website says they care for all animals what the heck?!?!?!? The poor thing was in so much pain foaming at the mouth and blowing up like a balloon. We asked for needle to do a very simple procedure to alleviate the gas build up ourselves if they didn’t want to do it, and they refused, we asked in desperation to put the poor thing down out of its misery and they refused, receptionist just happy to sit and watch the poor thing suffer and told us to go outside so it could die in the car park so sick!

These people are cold and callous, my family took their dog to them and after tests it was realised that euthanasia was the only option. They would not perform this until the bill (thousands) was paid in full. Late on a Sunday night, not everyone has their savings accessible on Internet so they could only pay part and ask to return with the balance in the morning. The answer was an emphatic no it must be paid in full and they would not euthanise the dog until then. What sort of animal carers leave a dog lying on the floor suffering? Luckily a pool of funds was found to pay and they waited and waited until given a rev up to help this dog. They couldn't even do that without causing more pain and terror to him. You guys are not carers at all.......you are total rubbish !!!
