Efficient vet nurse and excellent young veterinarian. Her treatment plan was thorough and comprehensive. I had every confidence in them. They took the right course of action for my cat and he is responding well now with my usual vet.

After hours fee wasn't very expensive, very happy they were able to come out and help

My mother took my little girl in tonight, was refused treatment after having her foot stuck under a steel door. The receptionist laughed at my mum and was then banned from the clinic. My father went in and had to sort it. - once I returned home from work, and called up to find out some information about it, I was told bare minimum and told “we won’t go above and beyond” - no xrays taken of her foot, a oversized cast attached that is completely too big for my cat (she’s only two!) and was told “I’m not getting into this with you” and hung up. Not impressed at all.

After my cat got hit by a car at midnight, I had to rush here with my newborn baby, after getting in the door they looked me up and down and asked me to pay a deposit and sign some paper work before they helped my cat. The lady at the desk was very rude. The next day she could go to my own vet so the asked me to pick her up at 7 in the morning, and pay the $1000 bill for X-rays and Iv monitoring (my vets did the same thing only costing us 300). As I was leaving newborn in one hand and my cat in the other all they could say was good luck no one asked if they could lend a hand. All they were worried about was the money not the service they are providing. They made a dreadful time even more stressful

Absolutely amazing we had to transfer our dog from rangiora each evening for a week after being hit by a car, kept us informed during the first crucial night. So lucky to have had their service they kept her alive. Thanks team
