16th June 2016 9pm off we rush out to the after hours vets with our pup. What a amazing team! Right from arrival to our departure were we listened to, received compassion. The receptionist immediately took our pup and took him straight into the vet where they did their best to help our wee chap. Unfortunately at 11 pm we got a phone call to say we needed to discuss between us what was best for our pup to continue treagent or put him to sleep. Although we didn't get the ending we wanted the team did their absolute best and tried everything before we had no other option financially but to put him to sleep. The vet who put our pup to sleep was brilliant, from giving us time to say goodbye to put him to sleeput and was very sympathetic when he was put to sleep and provided is with a pet bag to put him in to take him home where we burried him. We will definitely be back should another emergency happen.

What an absolute disgrace!!! the women at reception should be fired no empathy no care no anything! Extremely rude when we took in our suffocating lamb, no vet even came out to see us we were just asked to “leave with our large animal” website says they care for all animals what the heck?!?!?!? The poor thing was in so much pain foaming at the mouth and blowing up like a balloon. We asked for needle to do a very simple procedure to alleviate the gas build up ourselves if they didn’t want to do it, and they refused, we asked in desperation to put the poor thing down out of its misery and they refused, receptionist just happy to sit and watch the poor thing suffer and told us to go outside so it could die in the car park so sick!

My mother took my little girl in tonight, was refused treatment after having her foot stuck under a steel door. The receptionist laughed at my mum and was then banned from the clinic. My father went in and had to sort it. - once I returned home from work, and called up to find out some information about it, I was told bare minimum and told “we won’t go above and beyond” - no xrays taken of her foot, a oversized cast attached that is completely too big for my cat (she’s only two!) and was told “I’m not getting into this with you” and hung up. Not impressed at all.
