Good hours and the ladies that do the fitness class are very enthusiastic and really motivate you to keep going. They play a good range of music to which helps you to keep up the pace. It is a lot more roomy since they moved some of the bikes out into the front area. Heaps of parking as well.

Great staff and great facility. It has everything you need for a good workout. Highly recommend.

Really great gym with some really great trainers. Samantha is one of the best personal trainers I've met. The gym is nicely laid out and has a great range of equipment.
