Miserable service! Trotts are selling car parts, that aren't working, but the owner (Andrew) doesn't matter.
He is unfriendly and arrogant and just interested in selling his parts, regardless if they're working or not!
Definitely not recommended!

Very strange experience with Trotts. Took wheel in with puncture before they closed for the night and he was very snotty about that. Then he was sulky when I picked it up but as they had repaired it before quoting I had no choice but to accept it. It was also over priced. It was like I was dealing with a grumpy teenaged girl.

Have taken car in to be fitted with spare parts that are not useable . Will be coming back in because I moved away the week I needed his services .. Will be reviewing again once matter has been sorted

When I came in with the tyre that needed replaced they sorted it pretty much straight away. I explained the situation and am satisfied that I was made to feel welcome .. Thanks
