I came to get my phone fixed and the team meamber found my contract with Noel leeming in a different location so I was able to go ahead with getting phone fixed . They always make sure the customer understands what offers or deals they have going . :)

Staff are always friendly and approachable however they normally approach you first which is fantastic service

You need to be prepared to wait to be served in this store if you go on peak times. As.can be a buaynstorw and can take anbitnofntime before you are served. I do recommend you.do your research first of what you sre looking for as this will speed up the process as can take a.long time . I recently had a bad experience there. I took a faulty smart watch back. And gave them the lead and they said oh no we dont need the charging lead. The only a couple of days later get a call from.them saying they need the need. And I had to go down there a second time tontesolve the issue. And the faulty watch issue has still not been.resolved. I recommend you do your research first. To get in and out of there to resolve issues.or purchases

Was buying Hue lights. Only had one light bulb in stock and also didn't have some other Hue products in stock. Sale person didn't know anything about the product unfortunately.
