Waited well over an hour for a taxi after being given an ETA of 10 minutes. Ended up paying a neighbour to drop us off in town.

Taxi drove off without tooting to tell us it had arrived. We nearly missed flight but neighbour drove us. Operator was so rude. Do not use them.

Booked my taxi for 5am (the afternoon before), however taxi did not arrive until 5.20 and consequently I almost missed check in. There was no apology until the end of the trip nor a fare reduction. I will not use again.

We normally get blenheim taxis to drop us home from town and it always costs $26 and tonight for some reason they charged us $32 I know its not a massive difference but we wont be using them again.

Taxi cab number 29 was rude to myself and other passengers on a taxi ride from Blenheim town. I would not recommend this service to locals due to the rude approach and personal attscks on customers.
