Marlborough Taxis Ltd

Taxi fares have been paid twice and are charged at different rates. Even before I got off, I checked the number of 41.8, but the payment was 41.8 Apple Fee, 44.9 taxi fare. This is a ridiculous situation and I would like to ask you for an answer to this article soon.

Booked my taxi for 5am (the afternoon before), however taxi did not arrive until 5.20 and consequently I almost missed check in. There was no apology until the end of the trip nor a fare reduction. I will not use again.

We normally get blenheim taxis to drop us home from town and it always costs $26 and tonight for some reason they charged us $32 I know its not a massive difference but we wont be using them again.

Taxi drove off without tooting to tell us it had arrived. We nearly missed flight but neighbour drove us. Operator was so rude. Do not use them.

Used marlborough taxis 2nights in a row. Same pick up, same drop off, same method of payment, same traffic conditions, same number of passengers AND same route........but a different price??

Rang to ask why and was hung up on. Will not use this unprofessional company again.
