A few years ago I got legal aid with a lawyer with this firm for a unfair dismissal case. Went to mediation which both parties verbally agreed on settlement. Never received money and the lawyer didn't follow up and then didn't return my phone calls. I felt he wasn't invested in this case as he couldn't make the big money on it. Hopefully they have changed.
