Floor Pride

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the help you provided us recently. We have a rental home where the carpet got quite badly treated. From the time the previous renters moved out to the new tenants moving in it was a very short timeframe and it was extremely stressful having to deal with the insurance company. We went into Floor Pride the first day we saw the damage once the tenants moved out and by that afternoon Floor Pride was around at the house doing an assessment. A few days later he had measured up the house and all this help and assistance without the guarantee that they would get the job. I live in Auckland which meant I couldn’t be there to pick the carpet and had to do everything through phone and email but between the team at Floor Pride and my mother we got the new carpet in the house within one week and it looks amazing. Thank you Floor Pride, without you I don’t know what we would have done. You have all been amazing
