Machines definitely need upgrading, the staff is also not very friendly.
Only positive is that you can spend time eating food while the clothes are getting washed.

Machines are great, staff are lovely. Xotic shop next door has very tasty food and great variety of Indian sweets.

Machines are not very smooth. I took the washing once and prefer to go for a better option.
