The guys in New Lynn are great! Trustworthy & never make me feel like a clueless female. I ended up there today after being told by another mechanic place that I needed $1200 of work to pass WOF. Then VTNZ said one minor thing to get a WOF. Took it to these guys and it passed (they were extremely thorough & concluded that the first guy was totally wrong, and the issue that VTNZ picked up was not quite enough to fail). They could easily have taken me for a ride (see what I did there? ?). Honest and very helpful! On more than one occasion they've gone the extra mile without adding to the quote. ?
