You may want to get your Breville appliance fixed by him because he is a registered service agent with them. I would think twice before going anywhere near him.

This is how he rips people off:
He'll say he failed to fix your stuff but he magically has a fully functional second hand unit that he will sell you for about twice the repair cost. He will even try to "fix" you stuff when you tell him not to and then try to charge you for it.

He is all smiling and friend when you take your stuff to him, but once he lays his hands on your appliances, he become very rude and abusive.
