very good Service , Shiraz is very good with his customer service skills and the meat is always good , prices are affordable, i have been buying meat there for a few months and always found it work paying the price . Thanks Westcity Hala meats Team for the excellent service .

Customer service is 0 stars. Went there few times and always the customer service is too bad. Thought it could be a one off they might be having a bad day and revisited few times. Today was worse. Asked for a goat leg of around 1.5kg. The guy bought one for around 2.5kg. Asked for a smaller one and he bought 1.3kg one which I said yes. Then the other guy who looked like owner asked him to sell me the other one which is 2.5kg. I asked for the smaller one and he said No. Then I said give about 1.5kg from the big one that you are forcing me. They said No and asked me to buy from curry piece. Just left the place as it looked like they may want to sell the old meat to me though theu had what I was asking for.
Very rude people. Will never ever visit. There are so many other places.

Best butcher in west.!Highly recomended. Very good in quality of meat and customer service. They’ll supply for your request. I always get red and very fresh from their meat case. And variety of halal meat pies available instore.

good service for people requiring halal meat, if they improved on customer service i would return, most staff very friendly and helpful but a few very rude ones in the bunch!
