- We, ourselves, have owned and/or rented a number of investment properties, as we believe that it is a great form of investment. We run a share club for a number of our existing clients. We have a large amount of expertise and experience with rental properties and have given seminars on the subject. Most of us have been involved in running our own business outside of the Accounting Practice.
