      It's been more than a week and no vodafone ninja can fix my issue. The one I called today 2PM 1/7/2019 is not even a so much techie. He told me 0508xxx is a direct number when it's not. He even reset my wifi password without him telling me.

      A really good company, one of my family members recently got a new phone through them and they were able to help them choose the right plant to suit them, at a really good price as well! We aren't the best at technology, so when we are able to be helped with things like this, it really means a lot to us and we really appreciate it! Thanks, Vodafone New Zealand!

      Popped into Vodafone at Auckland International Airport and had excellent service. Set us up for roaming for our trip to Australia and the correct data plan.
