After seeing the lovely job Frank and Vivo kitchens did at a friends place we engaged them to do our kitchen reno. We could not be happier, with clear concise plans to installation everything was so easy. The quality of product and Peters attention to detail has given us a kitchen we are very happy to spend time in.

We engaged Vivo Kitchen Furniture Ltd to design and produce our new kitchen as part of a major renovation. Our lack of experience meant we started off with a vague and uncertain design brief. Frank from Vivo was professional and patient, adjusting the design brief over several months and providing sound advice on products to suit our lifestyle and prices to match our budget. Vivo also recommended a first class kitchen installer. No reno goes off without a few hitches and when our first choice of bench top was out of stock, Vivo customer service focus and ability to problem solve stood out. We received a newly released bench top sample from an alternative supplier onsite that afternoon. They passed on the difference in price reducing their quote even though we would have been none the wiser. Stress free after sales service meant two cupboards scratched in transit were replaced without question. We now have a contemporary streamlined dream kitchen that’s high quality for a great price. We confidently recommend Vivo to friends and colleagues and would definitely engage them again.

Over a 3 month period vivokitchenfurniture could not provide a comprehensive quote for their part of the kitchen replacement nor be specific about the process. From the start their only sales person told us to call a soft furnishings lady to install the kitchen - what was her intent?
Later she became emotional and hot-headed, totally lacking empathy, skills and experience to handle this job. She aggressively demanded 40% deposit yet there were flaws in the plans. One owner (80+) is not a fulltime bludging pensioner and it is only fair business to have this in writing. She failed to qualify, would not let us talk to anyone else in the company. Her criticisms are not justified and we do want not to pay for her/their mistakes.
