Nalini was one of the rare people who gave me the haircut I wanted & the exact length I asked for unlike others who think they know better than customer what the customer wants, and/or cut it shorter then expect to be paid. Despite the bargain price, she took her time to make certain she understood the style & exact length needed before wetting the hair. She also double checked than all was symmetrical & in line.
