Trade Aid

Love the Trade Aid stores in general, but this is my local and a great one to boot! First off, the customer service is fantastic here, I'm generally a sporadic shopper but one lovely lady who I always have a nice natter to, remembers my name every time I pop in, now THAT'S customer service, my own mother barely remembers my name! ;) Incredible coffee and chocolate treats, (often there's a sample available to try), fantastic fair trade products with an ethnic vibe that tick all the ethical issues and also don't hurt the wallet either. Nice little Oasis of peace in a crazy world of Westies! Recommended.

Just the best place for gifts or to treat yourseslf. A little expensive, but you don't mind when you know where the money is going.

Impressive store, probably the biggest Trade Aid store I've seen. They have an awesome variety of products from all over the world! The staff are amazing, especially Pamela. Never cease to make me feel welcome, and it is always exciting to find out the stories behind all the different products.

My favourite shop ever. I brought all my last Christmas gifts from here and birthdays. We do it again this year. It's wonderful to know it is doing justice to the craftsman and are being treated fairly.
