      Overlooked my insurance due to health issues, and phoned to see how we can correct and get back in line with them, they were patient and polite and fixed the issue, and wished me well, even talked about there experiences, made me feel comfortable and really enjoyed the experience very personal and felt they really cared, great job Tower
