Excellent service via their website. Undercut my existing insurer by around $200 per year - a good saving!! Very happy.

Very friendly service, and excellent help with all insurance-related questions. Unfortunately not on par on price with other motorhome insurance.

Rang to let them know we are renting out our house for a year. Instead of saying that our premium will go up we were intetegated and told that our existing policy with Tower that we have been paying since owning and the previous owners have had is worthless. Thanks for taking my money for nothing.

Have had a great experience organising and restructuring my insurances with Tower customer service representatives over the phone over the past 24 hours. Every person I dealt with was polite, very easy to understand and was able to help me promptly and efficiently. Such an easy process!

Got car insurance online. They were the cheapest and let me agree on the replacement price which was good. Easy to do and paying monthly. Have been getting a LOT of emails etc since joining, so thats why its 4 star not 5
