Toolshed Penrose

Wont honour guarantees on their own branded tool.
Had a power drill smoke, develop excessive bearing noise & chuck almost collapse after 2 x uses.
Tried to suggest I had abused it because the handle had fingerprints on it. (It's a workshop tool, I used lubricant whilst drilling).
Claimed to have to send it away for 'assessment'.
It was a rubbish tool and they would not replace or refund.

Dont waste your money here. Go somewhere else where you wont be made to feel like a criminal.
