There should be a 10 star here for Bastian. Simple easy and calm instructions to completely change our household around from manic barking to cool calm and collected- all within a very short period of time. I am aware of a lot of dog issues but Bastain gave very clear advice on human behaviour which was causing stress in the dogs. The subtle, critical changes make all the difference. Could not recommend highly enough
