The Importer

I was looking forward to coming in here, having recently just moved house and on the search for new furniture. As soon as I walked in the blond tall woman jumped on my back, asked me if I wanted help (which is great, I think that's a great thing to ask, but I declined and said I am happy to just slowly look and get inspired) yet, she followed me around the entire shop, interupted my phone conversation when I called my partner to explain a certain peice of furniture to buy, easedropped on the conversation I was having with my dad who was with me and the minute I said anything, like 'photoframe' she jumped in and gave a terrible sales pitch. We left empty handed,feeling chased out of the shop and exhausted. It would have been so nice to have her there when we needed her, not for her to give sales pitches on literally everything we commented on. I asbolutely wont be going back to the Albany shop. On another note; beautiful and well priced items, its a pity that this staff member wasn't more clever when it came to retail assistance.
